You may have been right- if it weren’t for the fact that the woman was not terminated based on that alleged incident, and that she was reinstated after that alleged incident. It was only after the Wisconsin DPI initiated an investigation of alleged issues related to her licensing that she was terminated. For someone so well versed in performing the duties of legal counsel- I’m surprised this important piece of information was absent while you pleaded your case…
You aren’t privy to personal data in the district are you Clio? I’m suprised that someone would have as much information as you do without being on the INSIDE. Maybe the next time you write to the blog you can tell us how many days you have before retirement and what your estimated take will be at the ripe old age of 55.
Sorry to disappoint- but this information was plastered
all over The News when it was relevant a year ago…
And your take at the ripe old age of 55″?
Sorry Clio. The facts prove otherwise.
The DPI question had nothing to do with her termination.
She resigned – again – as a clause in her contract stated she had the right to exercise.
Hitchens would have none of it and said she could not resign. He then fired her for leaving her post at West.
Very petty – wouldn’t you agree? I thought we had moved beyond there era in which women have different rights than men.
