You’re right Bob. No sense in rehashing the old stuff. Let’s raise some taxes to pay the old stuff and then raise them some more to pay for the new stuff, shall we?
If we had as many parents concerned about our kids education as we do concerned about the Hockey Assn. MAYBE we could repair whats broken here and stop parents from sending their children to Somerset schools.

Maybe hockey is more important than education.
Afterall, Chris never finished high school herself.
TD has a point. I sat through the Monday night NR board meeting and it was like watching Circuit Court. When are we going to start discussing educational improvments?
They don’t want educational improvements Bob. You know that.
Education is the last thing on their minds.
Look at the test results:
68% of 8th graders can perform 8th grade math.
75% of 10th graders can perform 10th grade math.
75% of 8th graders can read.
Can’t wait to watch them beg us for $75 million
Poorly educated kids can’t go to college, and may be stuck in low-paying jobs in New Richmond because they can’t afford to move elsewhere. They will eventually create more kids that can’t learn because of the poor schools, and can’t afford to move from town.
Results:
1. The population of New Richmond will go up, and more children will be going to NR schools.
2. They’ll know how to play hockey.
New Richmond is well on its’ way to becoming a hick town.
Yes, lets get the three new candidates in, I am sure they will be for education and not sports fields. If only we do not get the three losers, Demmuling, Shannon, and Lieffort, we will have a school board to get things done.
But after last nights vigilante group, what sane citizen would want to be on this board? If you do not want education, only sports you would be considered. If you are for education, do not apply as this group will degrade you and make your existence in this town impossible. As we have just seen.
