		<description>Maybe the 5th grader could figure out where the $4.5 million went?  Or, perhaps this prodigy of progressivism could enlighten us all on the merits of yo-yoing, and the other 32 physical education cirricular titles?  You know, I think this 5th grader really ought to run for school board. I mean, really, since entertainment value is the primary metric used to justify additions or deletions from the government school programming, why not have a user/dependent on the board?  </description>
