If the democrats pass this incredibly irrational piece of shit know as the health care bill, it should be the lighting of the proverbial fuse that results in an amazing sequence of events. There are turning points and hinges in history, this is without a doubt a profound one.

I for one plan on losing some people that heretofore I considered “friends.” I will be asking people who they voted for, and if they supported this nightmare. If they answer Obama and/or Yes. That’s it, its FUCK YOU ASSHOLE and Good bye. I am getting a very strong sense of what it must have felt like to live in the south just prior to the start of the war for southern independence..

Folks, this is the time when all honest men and women need to stand up and start judging. Forget all that bullshit about thou shalt not judge! If you don’t judge your neighbors and your elected representatives on this, then shame on you! You will be part of the sinking of this formerly great county damn it!

On a recent financial statement, Citibank notified customers that effective April 1, 2010 the institution reserves the right to require seven days notice before permitting withdrawals from all checking accounts. The bank later clarified that the restriction only applied to residents of Texas.

If I am a Citibank customer, living in Texas or not, then it may be prudent to take my money to another institution where the bank is going to let me have access to a checking account. The question being ignored by many reporting on this story is why Citibank has targeted Texas.

It must be remembered that the federal government owns about a third of Citibank. Furthermore, the folks in Texas and the state legislature have been raising their voices about nullification. Recently, bills have been introduced in the state house questioning the Constitutional authority of the federal government to regulate emissions, healthcare, and gun registration. Some of the largest Tea party gatherings have occurred in the Lone Star State.

With the Democrats running full speed ahead to pass nationalized healthcare and the President using the power of the EPA to mandate global warming regulation, a good chance exists that Texas may invoke its rights under the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to nullify any such intrusions from Washington D.C.

It only takes one spark to start a raging inferno. Montana and Tennessee have already passed what amounts to nullification legislation concerning gun and ammunition laws. In the last month Virginia legislation stated that the home to Jefferson and Madison would not be part of a healthcare plan that mandated citizens to buy insurance. Virginia also joined Alabama and Texas in filing suit against the EPA. Utah filed suit to reclaim land within its borders now controlled by the US government. Dozens of states are lined up to defy federal laws on marijuana and many more have pending resolutions declaring their Constitutional rights.

Could the Obama administration be using its bank to send the good people of Texas and the rest of the nation a message to stop making overtures for a fight or risk losing access to their money? I would not bet my checking account on it.

This week in the Missouri state Capitol, a large rally was held in favor of defending state sovereignty. Rep. Tim Jones and Senator Jane Cunningham spoke about their respective bills filed to protect Missourians right to choose their own healthcare and not be forced into the federal governments plan under threat of fines or imprisonment. This centralization of more and more power in Washington D.C. is fostering a citizens movement to understand and defend personal liberty and the federalist principle of state sovereignty – a governing principle captured eloquently in the 10th amendment to the U.S. Constitution: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Yes, It’s true. I’ve returned to educate the citizens of St. Croix County about the unconstitutional underbelly of their local government. The government types have found it their privy to spend and raise hard working citizens taxes unconstitutionally (YOURS), when there are record numbers in foreclosures, property devaluation, layoffs, and unemployment.

Did you see your last property tax bill? The government’s ever increasing confiscation of citizen’s personal property via taxation (which most even don’t understand how they occur) infringe upon the rights of citizens to do what they want with their own property, their liberty at the expense of their socialistic ideal of the common good, and their mandate to fund socialistic ideals they may not agree with at the point of cohesion (jail via the tax code), is shining bright. Many of the government ilk are even raising their own salaries with NO input from you. In fact, it won’t even be allowed to be debated. They will easily be exposed. Stay tuned… I will reveal all.

After the United States Senate passed its version of nationalized healthcare, Republican Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky warned Democrats that they would catch an earful from constituents. Several neighbors have already sent scorching emails to Senators Feingold and Kohl and Representative Ron Kind.

The correspondences berated these Wisconsin representatives for their yes vote on several fronts ranging from the havoc government run health care will bring to medical care, the cost, and the Constitutionality of it all. These arguments were well vocalized at town hall meetings during the congressional summer recess and tea party rallies. Even recent opinion polls have reflected distaste for government-run healthcare by a vast majority of respondents. Despite all of this, the Democrats turned their backs and voted aye.

No reason exists to believe that votes will be switched before the final conference bill comes to the respective floors of Congress just because representatives receive an additional load of outraged public sentiment. It is obvious the Senators and House members who support the legislation do not care about opinions, economic logic, or the Constitution they swore to uphold and defends (to be fair, the Republicans have not shown any adherence to the Constitution either).

Some believe the wrath of 2010 elections will bring a dramatic realignment in Congress and the possibility that health care legislation in part or whole will be rescinded; unfortunately, the numbers damper such wishful thinking. Republicans plus any moderate Democrats will need to control two-thirds of the seats in both houses of Congress in order to override a certain Presidential veto. The odds of this happening are about the same as an individual hitting Powerball.

But not all is lost and the country does not need to blindly follow the path of Washington D.C. Letters need to be written and emails sent to state representatives urging one of two actions. Article I, Section 8, Clause 1 states,

all Duties, Imports, and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States

The special treatment exempting Nebraska from future Medicare tax increases in order to garner the vote of Senator Ben Nelson is one of the more egregious usurpations of the Constitution ever witnessed. The state of Wisconsin and the other 48 states must bear the costs of federal law for the Cornhusker state. Our elected officials in Madison should not stand idle while the citizens of Wisconsin shoulder the burden for the special exemption of another state. For me and my neighbors, emails need to bombard the in boxes of Kitty Rhoades in the State Assembly and Shelia Harsdorf in the Senate demanding that they protect the people of Wisconsin from this legislation. The state legislature needs to file suit with the US Supreme Court and ask that the healthcare bill with its Nebraska exemption be declared unconstitutional.

In the Kentucky and Virginia Resolves, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison argued that the Constitution was a compact among the states. The federal government had no rights to exercise power not specifically granted to it by the Constitution (enumerated powers). When Washington D.C. assumed powers not granted, states would be the final arbiter as to the Constitutionality of such acts and could render them void.

The Tenth Amendment states that those rights not specifically granted to Congress shall remain the rights of the states and individuals. If Congress wishes to attain more power than Article V of the Constitution (method for amending) provides a process for additional rights to the federal government. The 16th Amendment, which allowed for the establishment of an Income Tax, is a perfect illustration of the amending process where Congress gained power not originally given to it. If Congress wants the authority to bailout corporations, provide farm subsidies, control the climate, or provide health care, then they must ask the states permission to do so (two-thirds of the states must approve for an amendment to be ratified).

For too long state governments have remained mute while the federal government has eroded state and individual rights. State legislatures by their silence have become agents of Congress and national bureaucracies.

The good news is that some states have found their constitutional voices for nullification whereby federal laws are declared void. Montana and Tennessee have already passed laws in direct defiance of federal gun laws. A host of other states that include Texas, Utah, Florida, Missouri and Michigan are also considering similar legislation.

Thirteen states have some type of medical marijuana laws in direct contradiction to national legislation. Over the past two years twenty-five states have passed resolutions or laws that refuse to implement the Real ID Act. Even though the law is on the federal books, actions by the states for all practical purposes have kept it from being enforced.

In response to possible healthcare legislation, Arizona has a ballot proposition in 2010, which if passed, will override any federal law requiring individuals or corporations to participate in any Congressional mandated health system. Seven additional states (Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Missouri, Virginia, and Georgia) are in some stage of the nullification process.

The question for 2010 is who echoes the voices of Wisconsin citizens. Who will protect our natural rights and hold the federal government to the limitations of the Constitution. Not to diminish the importance of national elections, but the resurrection our republic begins at home. It is our state representatives that need to receive an earful about national healthcare, gun laws and every intrusion by Congress outside of it Constitutional boundaries.

It is time for them to hear from the people!

They then dipped them in Cosmoline for storage in barrels and buried them along the borders in the old Soviet Satellite countries. With a little cleanup of the Cosmoline these babies are looking for a home. What is Cosmoline? Cosmoline is a “petrolatum-base corrosion preventative compound,” to use the words of MIL-C-11796C, the US Government specification for Cosmoline. Its a beefier cousin of Vaseline petroleum jelly. It comes in three classes. Class 3 is the variety used to preserve military small arms. American Cosmoline is specifically formulated not to stain the materials it is preserving. Its flash point, the temperature at which it will burn, is 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It melts at 135 degrees F. It penetrates permeable substances like wood to a depth of 0.2 to 0.25 millimeters. It is stable between a range of 255 degrees F. and 40 degrees F. It will protect anything coated with it indefinitely anywhere on the planets surface. Thats why military establishments around the world adopted it for preserving firearms.

These are a great piece of world history and would make a fine addition to your collection. As with any firearm that is purchased through a business, you need to have it shipped to someone holding a Federal Firearms License. You can find one through your local gun club.
