I missed the news report on private property rights. Glad to see Senator Harsdorf backing this bill.
Now the problem is Gov Doyle whose veto pen is on automatic. As I understand it, Doyle can veto this bill and send it back to the legislature for a second veto proof vote that will make make it law.
There must be something in this bill that the unions don’t like.
