Lamont Should Step Aside

For the good of the Party, Ned Lamont, Connecticut Democrat Nominee for US Senate should withdraw from the race allowing for an easy victory by Senator Joe Lieberman in November’s general election. Lamont has already “won” by drawing attention to “Bush’s War of Liberation”. He should throw his support to Lieberman and ensure the Democrats regain the majority in the Senate.
Otherwise, we’ll see the Democrats fall into a quagmire of their own making. A civil war among Connecticut Democrats, with liberals launching violent insurgent attacks, and radical liberals responding in kind, will not be a pretty picture.
Staying the course Ned, is not a winning strategy.
