Abstinence doesn’t work in education. It only works in practice (in fact, it’s 100% guaranteed to work in practice).

If either is true you’ll know why abstinence education doesn’t always work even with the best of parents. Kids’ brains turn off common sense at around 13 and it don’t reboot until 16 or later.
There was a series of questions in a survey to determine your redneck quotient that went: Did your Dad ever hit you? Did you deserve it? Can you honestly answer NO to that second one? If so, you weren’t a typical teenage boy.
