Whatever happened to abstinence education, and where is that message in all of this?
Apparently that must be for other people (Democrats maybe?). Not to worry, we’ll find a home for the pups and raise them as good God-fearing Republican Christians.
I am turning out the lights until after the November election, having cast my vote for None Of The Above.

Abstinence doesn’t work in education. It only works in practice (in fact, it’s 100% guaranteed to work in practice).

Do you remember being a teenager?
If either is true you’ll know why abstinence education doesn’t always work even with the best of parents. Kids’ brains turn off common sense at around 13 and it don’t reboot until 16 or later.
There was a series of questions in a survey to determine your redneck quotient that went: Did your Dad ever hit you? Did you deserve it? Can you honestly answer NO to that second one? If so, you weren’t a typical teenage boy.
