These people are unbiased?

You have to love the three companies that have drafted the “Track Rezoning Analysis Report”.  Do you really think that Hoffman LLC, Stevens Engineers Inc. and Stantec Inc. are unbiased in assembling such a worthless document?  You would have to be a real sucker to think that Mary Bowen-Eggebraaten would allow an unbiased company or companies to truly evaluate the merits of the moldy old dog track versus the other three parcels of land that are available to the district.  One glance at the report and you can immediately tell that it is written with one intention in mind and that is to sway the plan commisssion and city council to allow the rezoning.

  Please keep in mind that Hoffman LLC has profited millions already from the district in the construction of River Crest Elementary and they will profit around $15 Million in the construction of a new high school PLUS Mr. Paul Hoffman is a close personal friend of Mary Bowen-Eggebraaten.  She also used his firm to build a new school in the district that she used to be employed by.

As for Stevens Engineeers Inc., they have been used by the district for quite a number of years and will also profit millions with a new high school.

Now let’s look at the new player-  Stantec, Inc.  They haven’t ever done business with our school district so how were they chosen?  Uh oh, wouldn’t you know it!  John Love III, husband of our new high school principal Laura Love, is employed by Stantec!  Geez, how does this happen?  And Mr. Love was DEEP in the Vote Yes camp, going to all of the meetings and was an outspoken proponent of the dog track.

Unbiased?  I don’t think so……
