What I find interesting about this posting is that Mark Kaisersatt and Dan Tjornehoj voted to demolish 4th St. Elementary and Dick Muenich defended this demolition saying that it would have cost $2 Million to rehab 4th St. Elementary. 4th St. Elementary had a capacity for 250 kids. Let’s see if the school district can manufacture that much capacity for $2 Million. I think they need to think long and hard about being able to provide whatever space they feel is necessary in our district WITHOUT going to referendum.
