RF Cuts Budget!

Here we go! Get ready for the ride. On a split vote (what the hell is one of those?) the River Falls School District voted to cut the budget (What the hell is a budget cut?) $325,000.
They don’t know where to cut from and don’t want to have any impact on class sizes. Here’s and idea for them:
Bid out the health insurance, for starters!

If they take the cue of Somerset, they can cut the busing or other things that will hit families hard. They wouldn’t want to sacrifice having to pay a co-pay at the doctor like the average person does in the private sector.
Just for once rather then see the term $325,000, how about saying “River Falls Board of Education will cut budget, owner of a home with a $150,000 assessed value will see a reduction of $____________ on the school portion of this tax bill.
Lastly, I don’t know if some people realize that it would take an overall huge reduction in any local government or school district budget to even see a $200 reduction on their tax bill.
