Rinos of the Day
By
Today’s RINO Award is presented to a group of individuals. In the HSO editorial last week Doug Stohlberg extolled the virtues of responsible government to the board members of North Hudson, and in particular board member George Klein. Somehow Mr. Stohlberg seems to think that because a government agency spends under their budgeted amount that this is something to cheer about.
Let’s look at the facts of the matter. Many citizens in North Hudson are struggling to make ends meet. The question before us is whether or not this project should have been completed in the first place. If you read the editorial you will see that the addition was actually bigger than the original structure! Is that responsible government? Is spending $760,000 of taxpayer money to create unnecessary space the responsible thing to do? I don’t think so and neither did 49% of the people of North Hudson when they voted on it.
So today’s RINO award goes to three individuals. Doug Stohlberg for yet another pathetic attempt at trying to make our local socialists look good, Larry Larsen for allowing the referendum to move forward and Georg Klein for pushing for an addition that will serve no other purpose than to increase taxes in North Hudson.
You can guess which one is the taxpayer and which one is Doug Stohlberg, Larry Larsen and George Klein. I believe in the hood they’d call that gang rape.

Hey, how come I wasn’t included?
You were pictured but I think, now I’m spilling the beans, your going to be featured as one of the candidates for RINO of the year. But don’t quote me on that.
You are included Bob. You’re the gnat on the RINO’s .ss.
I wouldn’t be too upset by that comment Bob. It could be worse- You could be a gnat on the elephant’s butt.
