In Hudson, they simply pick the Cadillac plan with not even a thought of bidding for quotes by the Health plans. They have ZERO dollars out of pocket.
New Richmond School District spends 70% of its budget on wages and benefits. The teacher’s contract locks in health insurance with the words that allow a change in health insurance “provided it is equivalent.” There are no two health plans that are equivalent.
