Government officials are already pointing the finger for rising food prices and shortages at speculators and the weather.

The culprit of course is government. It was government policy makers that decreed the use of ethanol and subsidized farmers to grow food to burn instead of to eat. Then the Federal Reserve turned the printing presses on full speed, which has taken the dollar to new lows. Cheap money equals higher prices for food and everything else.

The solution, therefore to this crisis is to get rid of government. An official of the UN is worried that the food crisis could lead to the overthrow of some governments around the world.

When government robs people of their wealth, but also their ability to acquire the necessities of life, then overthrow is the proper prescription.

It's time in this country for a peaceful secession.

Guess where?

Third-world country? Remote island? Nope--Mountain View, California, United States of America. Start buying those cans of ham that keep for 10 years.
