Wanted: Assistant Propaganda Minister

Now that the Hudson School District has a communications consultant(aka Propaganda Minister) to create a communication “plan”, they have created a need for someone to assist the Propaganda Minister in the implementation of this plan. More government created to solve a problem that was created by the government to begin with. Does it get any better?
