Weather
ByLooks like we are going to have some inclement weather blowing through today. If we have storm warnings out to the west at 6:00 am, wait till we throw another 15 degrees on top of that during the day. Looks like St. Croix county will miss the brunt of the morning wave. Here is a link to check on the map. It uses NEXRAD and is very current, (1-2 minutes). Expect to hear a siren today.
UPDATE 7:41: Looks like the intensity has sprouted some more intense storms SW of Hudson. They should be there by 8:10 or so.
UPDATE 9:15: Looks like everything has passed through St. Croix County. I am taking the “Sticky” off.

Dude, quite the prognasticator.
.
At 8:08 AM CDT
The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a
.
* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
St. Croix County in west central Wisconsin
.
* until 845 am CDT
.
* at 807 am CDT… Doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm…
capable of producing one inch hail. This storm was located 11 miles west of New Richmond… and moving east at 40 mph.
.
* Locations impacted include…
New Richmond…
Somerset…
Houlton…
Deer Park…
Another prolific prognostication. I assume that the sentence “Get ready for a heck of a storm”, was in fact a clever double entendre.
