What is loony is your grasp of the issue. Global warming does not affect weather all in one direction, uniformly and globally. There will still be below average, even significantly below normal, events. In fact, since the warming offsets the stability of the system, it actually encourages these wild fluctuations. If you are going to laugh off a problem, you should probably try to understand it first.

You’re convolution begins with the lunacy that cold is created from warmth… and that the warmer it gets the more wild the fluctuation in local weather. I suppose if we enter another little ice-age that too would be caused by warming? There is simply no science to support that idea.
The science actually suggests that a cooling planet will produce far more “fluctuations.” It is the contrast of warm and cold temperatures that causes weather events – if the world was warming in any significant way (which it is not) we would see far fewer contrasts and “fluctuations.”
At what point in the advance of the sea ice, snow lines and really cold, extremely volatile, weather do you finally fess up and admit your wrong?
